PGSHF SCHEME RAWALPINDI

The scheme is situated at Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Area Development works has been complted. The Infrastructure Development works have also been completed. This scheme consists of 3156 Kanlas of Land where 2980 plots of different categories have been developed. Detail of allocation of plots according to entitlement seniority through different draws is given as under:-

FIRST DRAW HELD ON 04.06.2015

A draw ceremony for allocation of 1154 plots of different categoreis of PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 04.06.2015 at 10:00 am in Al-Hamra Hall No.2, Shahra-e-Qaid-e-Azam Lahore, by the House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the prospective allottees have been issued.

SECOND DRAW HELD ON 19.08.2016

A draw ceremony for allocation of 504 plots of different categoreis of PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 19.08.2016 at 10:00 am under the chair of Additional Chief Secretary Punjab/Chairman House Allocation Committee, at Liberty Castle Banquet Hall, 79-D-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the allottees have been issued.

THIRD DRAW HELD ON 16.07.2017

A draw ceremony for allocation of 413 plots of different categoreis (A-I Type, A-Type, B-Type, C-Type, D-Type) at PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 16.07.2017 at 10:00 am in Liberty Castle Banquet Hall, 79-D-1, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore. under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the allottees have been issued.


FOURTH DRAW HELD ON 20.06.2019

A draw ceremony for allocation of 340 plots of different categoreis (A-I Type, A-Type, B-Type, C-Type, D-Type) at PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 20.06.2019 at 10:00 am in Al-Hamra Hall No. 1Hall, 79-D-1, Shahra-e-Qaid-e-Azam Lahore under the supervision of House Allocation Committee of PGSHF Board. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the allottees have been issued.

FIFTH DRAW HELD ON 07.04.2021

A draw ceremony for allocation of 385 plots of different categoreis (A-I Type, A-Type, B-Type, C-Type, D-Type) at PGSH Scheme, Rawalpindi was held on 07.04.2021 at 11:00 am in in Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore by the House Allocation Committee, under the Chair of Additional Chief Secretary, Punjab. The prospective allottees participated Online through Zoom Cloud Meeting and Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/pgshf.gop.pk. The Zoom ID was sent to the prospective allottees on 02.04.2021 through letters. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee. Allotment Letters to the allottees are being issued after their Biometric.

SIXTH DRAW HELD ON 08.09.2023

A draw for allocation of residual plots of completed schemes was fixed on 31.08.2022 by the House Allocation Committee which could not be conducted due to stay order dated 26.08.2022 by the Hon'able Lahore High Court. The draw of 92 plots of different categories of Rawalpindi Scheme was held on 08.09.2023 at 11:00 am in Hall No. 3 of Al-Hamra Art Council by the House Allocation Committee after vacation of stay order, in the presence of prospective allottees. The computerized draw was conducted by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The draw result/lists were signed by the Members of House Allocation Committee.
