The Foundation is
managed by a Board of Directors headed by the Chief Secretary,
Punjab including 7 ex-officio members.
Under Section 4(1) of PGSHF Act,
2004, the Foundation shall have Board of Directors comprise
the following:-

Three civil servants of
the Punjab, including at least one female civil servant one
representing the civil Servants from BS-1 to BS-17, to be
appointed by the Government for a specified period;
(i). Usman Ali Khan, Secretary, Women
Development Department
(ii). Mrs. Silwat Saeed, Secretary,
Environment Protection & Climate Change Department
(iii). Incumbent President, Punjab Civil
Secretariat Employees Association

Three other persons including at least one
woman as may be appointed by the Government for a specified
period;
(i). Mr. Aftab Ahmad, Ex-DG, Monitory
& Evaluation, Planning & Development Board.
(ii). Mr. Abdul Qayyum Tahir, Retired
Chief Engineer, C&W Department
(iii). Ms. Kausar Khan, DG (Inspection),
Public Prosecution Department.

Section 4(2) of Act ibid provides that
Six Directors including at least three ex-officio Directors
shall constitute quorum in a meeting of the Board.
Section 4(3) of Act ibid
provides that Decisions shall be taken by the Board by
simple majority and the Chairman shall have the casting vote in
case of equality of votes.
