In order to meet the increasing demand of plots/houses, the Board of Directors in its 38th meeting dated 03.12.2025, decided to purchase developed/semi developed plots from open market through competitive bidding process. In this regard, PGSHF called a tender (single stage two envelop) on 13.12.2026. 58 bids were received which were opened on 07.01.2026. The Procurement Committee for Technical Evaluation Report evaluated the proposals and approved to open financial bids of responsive bidders on 16.02.2026. After opening of financial bids, Consolidated Evaluation Report was published on PPRA and PGSHF websites for information of bidders. Third Party Valuations (TPVs) for price reasonability and physical inspection was carried out from the State Bank Valuators.

Letters are being issued to the members, as per entitlement seniority, containing detail of price of plot, payment plan, etc., to get their willingness for allocation.
