Allotment of Houses

Letters to all prospective allottees of 5–Marla, 7-Marla, 10-Marla and One-Kanal houses of Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore have been issued for completion/verification of documents. Allocation letters of 1 Kanal, 10 Marla, 7 Marla & 5 Marla houses have been issued. To deposit the cost, Demand Notices have also been issued to those allottees whose documents have been completed/verified. Final Allotment Letter and Possession of the houses has also been given to the allottees who have paid demanded cost of house within due time.

• The Board unanimously approved the final prices of 398 (three hundred ninety eight) 5-Marla (D-Type) and 107 (one hundred seven) One-Kanal (A-Type) housing units in PGSH Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore. based on the actual completion cost, duly recommended by the Finance and Account Committee as mentioned below.

• Board of Directors unanimously approved the rates of transfer of residential and commercial properties, in all the housing scheme of Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF).

• Board of Director has granted 03 months extension after expiry of notice period without any surcharge and with late payment surcharge @20% per annum (on daily basis) for next 03 months to the allottees of 3rd Ballotting held on 15-06-2011.
